Jorina, in Bangladesh, wasn’t one to hide her faith despite the risks. So when 15 women from the village invited her into a house, Jorina thought they wanted to hear about Jesus.

In reality, Jorina was walking into a trap… The women forced Jorina to strip. They were looking for a physical ‘seal’ on her body, because a local myth suggests converts are literally ‘marked’. But they also wanted to publicly humiliate Jorina. Shame her for her faith in Christ.
